Why koralli?
Whilst eager to engage with a consulting environment, I found the traditional landscape mired by stale set piece procedures. I recognised in koralli, a dynamic and innovative spirit that resonated deeply with my professional aspirations. Championing creative interaction between subject specialities, koralli immediately grabbed my attention.
At koralli, authentic and open-dialogue is foundational to working practice. I am continually impressed by the centrality of idea-sharing and feel confident that all contributions are valued and listened to.
And most compelling of all, is koralli’s inventive tenor; propelled by state-of-the-art solution strategies and cogently married with a ‘have-a-go’ ethos, the team is well suited to overcome the challenges our clients face.
My Skills
Engaging in multivariate problems, I have developed a strong foundation of client-focused strategies.
Over the past ~5 years, I’ve worked across a spectrum of sectors alongside completing my academic commitments. Learning from my experience - at commercial enterprises, not-for-profits, and trade associations - I’ve taken differing competencies and approach tasks proficient in: project management, policy research, stakeholder networking, Excel modelling, and report writing. With these skills I’ve adapted to find tailored solutions to the needs each professional environment requires.
With this professional breadth, I have a strong sense of how the most successful teams are organised, managed and motivated to create the effective impact. Most critically of all, and common to each working practice, I know the importance of strategic clarity to end-product success.
My Expertise
Leading and coordinating research, marketing and policy campaigns, I have witnessed first-hand, the complexities and unexpected surprises any project can throw up.
My expertise centre on policy and public affairs delivery; with particular focus on policy research, report writing, conducting marketing campaigns and engaging stakeholders. In these roles I have worked on major business operations, developing new initiatives and supporting daily tasks. These activities saw me work in the heritage, publishing, and diplomatic sectors.
AI intellectual-property possibilities and regulation represents a core area of specialty. Fostered most notably working in the Policy Department at the Publishers Association. Here I lead the writing and editing of a report response to the government AI white-paper (06/2023) and LLM Lords committee policy proposal.
My Experience
With the invaluable experience I’ve gained working in policy departments - The Heritage Alliance (THA), The Publishers Association, the Green Party - taking financial programmes - CapitOx, Bright Network - and completing the Oxford History BA, I’ve learnt where I best deliver impact and assistance to any team. Whilst working for THA, primarily tasked with the research of a module on legislation, I saw a gap in our teams capacity and produced an infographic chart of legislative actions and their scale.
I’ve honed my ability to zoom in-and-out of specific problems to ensure solutions are actioned in a measured and individualised fashion. Taking this approach I’ve significantly contributed to project successes and meaningfully advanced company goals.
More specifically, I have produced: a key research insight for a Cost-of-Living Report; managed a publicity campaign for Parliamentarians (Summer Reading List 2023); and organised outreach meetings with ambassadors and foreign diplomats.
