Drawn from two complementary groups: senior strategy & management professionals plus graduates & researchers from the University of Oxford.

We embrace multiple viewpoints and value our differences. We do not homogenise our different backgrounds into teams of like-minded robots.

We are aware of the shortfalls in the consulting industry and we aspire to challenge the status quo.

Our post-graduates are on the cutting edge of research, exploring some of the most complex and challenging problems of our time. Our experienced professionals know what works and what doesn’t work, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose.

Alexandra

  • Data-driven Research and Policy Consultant: poverty and human development in connection with conflict and climate change (e.g. University of Oxford (OPHI), ODI)

  • Experience in coordinating cross-institutional research projects and working at and with governmental and international institution (e.g. UN, IsDB)

  • Holding an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Oxford and currently reading a Phd in Geography at Spatial Data and Gecommunication unit at the University of Vienna

  • Currently studying for a DPhil in Philosophy at the University of Oxford

  • Honed my skills on a number of multi-disciplinary teams (eg Varsity Committee, Generation Medics, Freshfields)

  • Worked on the Oxford Strategy Challenge on behalf of a start-up tech company

  • Undertaken mini-pupillages at a variety of top commercial and public-law chambers in London

  • Recently graduated with a History degree at the University of Oxford

  • Produced research for a Cost-of-Living Report, managed a publicity campaign for Parliamentarians and organised outreach meetings with ambassadors and foreign diplomats

  • For the Publishers Association policy department, wrote and edited responses to government policy and committee plans such as the AI white paper and LLM Lords Committee

  • 30 years at leading financial institutions (freelance since 2006): Morgan Grenfell, UBS, Barclays Wealth, Credit Suisse, ABN Amro, BNP Paribas, HSBC and Bank of America

  • Co-Founder of AI Market Design startup. Leading roles at others (Risk Management & Digital Banking)

  • Led initiatives in M&A Integration, IT Infrastructure, IT Security, Organisation Transformation, Insourcing and Platform Build & Deployment

  • Currently studying for a masters in Biochemistry at the University of Oxford

  • Strong analytical skills and in depth knowledge of the biochemical and biotechnology landscape

  • At Oxford Strategy Group, served as a consultant, project leader, and Director of Outreach in client-facing roles and project management

  • A Physics PhD student and graduate from the University of Oxford with excellent numerical skills and attention to detail

  • Served on the committees of a number of student societies in different roles (eg. President of the Ottawa Science Policy Network, Secretary of Oxford Quantum Information Society)
